The role also involves supervising children, observing their development, adapting activities to individual needs, communicating with families, guiding behavior positively, collaborating with educators and school leadership, maintaining documentation, and complying with applicable requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully complete required state background screenings.
• Experience working with young children in an educational, childcare, or ministry setting.
• Genuine commitment to Christian values.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energy and attentiveness needed to supervise active preschoolers throughout the day.
