About The Position

They create a stimulating classroom where children can explore, build relationships, and develop essential skills, incorporating Christian teachings into daily activities. The position also involves supervising children, observing developmental progress, adapting activities to individual needs, communicating with families, using positive guidance, collaborating with educators and school leadership, maintaining documentation, and complying with applicable state licensing, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully complete required state background screenings.
- Experience working with young children in an educational, childcare, or ministry setting.
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to Christian values.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energy and attentiveness needed to supervise active preschoolers throughout the day.
