About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is recruiting a School Psychologist to work on-site within a Missouri school district. The role focuses on assessing students’ needs, recommending appropriate support strategies, and collaborating with school professionals to promote students’ social-emotional development and academic growth. The psychologist provides direct, on-campus services and supports student independence and growth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field.
- Valid Missouri DESE School Psychologist certification, or verified eligibility to secure state licensure before starting.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Highly cooperative professional style.
Nice To Haves
- NASP certification is valued and preferred, but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to align support systems.
- Provide direct, on-campus psychological services to foster student independence and growth.
- Design and implement tailored behavioral strategies to remove social-emotional barriers to education.
- Administer comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify specific learning and emotional needs.
