About The Position
PrepNet Virtual Academy is a Michigan-based online school serving students in grades K–12. The Special Education Teacher provides specially designed instruction to meet each student’s unique needs resulting from their disability. Services may include resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout instruction. The role includes professional development focused on special education curriculum and data-tracking tools. The position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. NHA supports eligible teachers through an alternative certification journey.
Requirements
- Hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide specially designed instruction to meet each student’s unique needs resulting from their disability, including resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
- Participate in professional development specific to special education curriculum and data-tracking tools.
