About The Position

RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are seeking a Spanish Speaking Financial Account Representative to support clients’ accounts receivable portfolios, including receiving and processing invoices and related documentation. The role involves customer service, account maintenance, financial account processing, daily funding and collections, risk assessment, and resolving product or service issues. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a dynamic personality.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English with a business vocabulary.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients.
• Regularly update account information to maintain customer records.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure procedures are in place and followed to minimize risk.
• Manage product or service issues by clarifying the issue, determining the cause, creating a solution, expediting the adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Answer product and service questions and suggest information about other products or services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
