About The Position

The Spa Nail Technician provides quality, professional nail services to hotel guests, using professional skills to meet each guest’s individual needs. The technician recommends appropriate nail products and services and delivers treatments intended to help guests rest, relax, and regain a sense of balance and harmony. The role also involves preparing and maintaining nail stations and treatment supplies, keeping accurate inventory, and communicating product and service benefits to clients.

Requirements

• Current State Cosmetology License.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Meet standards of appearance and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
• Ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor and composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional treatments that create a relaxing and restorative experience for guests.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time and follow the correct treatment procedures.
• Keep treatment-room equipment and supplies fully stocked day to day.
• Set up nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures.
• Dispose of laundry in a timely manner.
• Ensure inventory levels are accurate and prepare for the workday.
• Explain product and service benefits to clients with confidence.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties required by management.
