About The Position

The Spa Massage Therapist performs body therapies for guests, including services in massage, body treatment, and wellness categories. The role maintains knowledge of spa services, treatments, products, vendors, hotel and departmental policies, and spa protocols. Therapists prepare and maintain their workstations, assist with departmental needs outside treatment times, and escort guests to and from treatments. The position requires the ability to perform six treatments per day and is scheduled to begin in December 2026. The position is based at Sage Lodge, a luxury resort on the Yellowstone River, approximately 35 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited massage school.
Hold and maintain a valid Montana state massage license.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of experience as a licensed massage therapist is strongly preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in body treatments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform body therapies for guests, including massage, body treatment, and wellness services.
Maintain complete knowledge of spa services, treatments, products, and vendors.
Maintain knowledge of and comply with hotel and departmental policies.
Maintain knowledge of and comply with spa protocols and procedures.
Set up the workstation with necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
Break down, restock, and clean used workstations.
Assist with departmental tasks and needs outside treatment times during scheduled shifts.
Escort guests to and from treatments.
Be able to perform six treatments per day.
Perform other duties associated with spa and therapist operations.
