About The Position

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is hiring a part-time Spa Floor Coordinator to help create a welcoming, relaxing spa experience for guests at its North Georgia mountain resort. The role involves assisting guests before spa services, maintaining clean and organized spa and locker room spaces, refreshing supplies and amenities, and supporting laundry operations. The coordinator works with the spa team to help ensure guests feel comfortable and receive exceptional service.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warm, exceptional customer service.
• Help guests prepare for spa services and feel comfortable in locker room areas.
• Keep spa spaces clean, organized, inviting, and ready for relaxation.
• Refresh towels, replenish supplies, and maintain guest amenities, including fresh water and drinking cups.
• Assist with laundry to keep the spa fresh, comfortable, and guest-ready.
• Work with the team to create a peaceful and memorable spa experience for every guest.
