About The Position

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is a locally owned hospitality group in New Mexico. The Spa Esthetician delivers professional spa services and personalized guest care to create relaxing, memorable, and polished experiences. The role includes facial treatments and other esthetic services, guest consultations, thoughtful promotion of spa services and retail products, and maintaining clean, organized treatment rooms and spa areas. The position is part-time and pays by commission.

Requirements

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license as required by the State.
• At least one year of esthetician experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use reservation and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to spa cleanliness standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and esthetic services according to spa standards.
• Consult with guests to understand their preferences and enhance their experience.
• Promote spa services and thoughtfully recommend retail products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Provide warm, polished, and attentive guest interactions throughout each visit.
