About The Position

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is a locally owned hospitality group in New Mexico with luxury hotels and award-winning restaurants rooted in culture, place, people, authentic storytelling, exceptional service, and community pride. The Spa Esthetician provides professional spa services and personalized guest care to create relaxing, memorable, and professional spa experiences. The position performs facial treatments and other esthetic services, consults with guests, recommends spa services and retail products, and maintains clean, organized treatment rooms and spa areas.

Requirements

Current esthetician or cosmetologist license as required by the State.
At least one year of esthetician experience.
Strong guest service and communication skills.
Ability to learn and use reservation and POS systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to spa cleanliness standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift 30+ pounds.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Perform professional facial treatments and esthetic services to spa standards.
Consult with guests to understand their preferences and enhance their experience.
Promote spa services and thoughtfully recommend retail products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas.
Provide warm, polished, and attentive guest interaction throughout each visit.
