About The Position

The LifeSpa Esthetician provides skin and facial services and treatments that improve guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance their club experience. Services may include facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and makeup application, with the goal of exceeding guests’ expectations. The role also involves educating clients about products and services, discussing options to identify individual needs, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of LifeSpa and Salon, and staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Esthetician license in the state where the work is performed.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of cosmetology experience.
• Six months of sales experience.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Discuss options with clients to determine each client’s individual needs.
