About The Position

The Spa Attendant is responsible for ensuring the Spa locker rooms are well maintained and that the guests’ experience is flawless. This role involves setting up and maintaining spa refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment areas, and the spa lobby. The attendant will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, retrieve, deliver, and set up spa supplies, and accommodate special requests. They will also resolve customer complaints, assist customers with inquiries about spa services, and work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors. Additional duties include assisting the Spa team with daily tasks such as stocking the spa, directing guests, and maintaining overall cleanliness, responding to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

Requirements

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Ensuring the Spa locker rooms are well maintained and that the guests’ experience is flawless.
Set-up and maintain spa refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and spa lobby.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
Retrieves, delivers, and sets-up all spa supplies, including linen and amenities.
Accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas when needed.
Assist the Spa team with daily tasks, including but not limited to stocking the spa, directing guests, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
