About The Position

The Spa Attendant is responsible for organizing and cleaning operational products, guest amenities, guest areas, and spa linens. The attendant keeps guest areas clean and maintained during business hours, supports desk staff and service providers, and performs other related duties as assigned. The role involves working varied hours, including weekends and holidays, in both indoor and outdoor areas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Self-motivation, time-management, and effective communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout a shift.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Organize clean linens and remove used linens and robes from spa areas.
Organize, store, and present operational products from vendors and the warehouse.
Keep the courtyard, locker rooms, quiet room, and other guest areas clean and presentable.
Keep guest amenities stocked, including water and body care products in locker rooms and the relaxation room.
Keep the desk staff stocked with clean robes.
Clean spa areas as assigned.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
Assist desk staff with client check-in by giving tours and placing calls on hold.
Take initiative with deep-cleaning duties.
Help cover shifts or hours when the workplace is short-staffed.
Volunteer to help therapists and aestheticians with their duties.
Provide additional guest service, such as serving juice or water poolside.
