About The Position

The Spa Attendant helps create a serene, luxurious guest experience by preparing and refreshing spa and fitness spaces, welcoming guests warmly, and maintaining a tranquil atmosphere. The role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing spa and fitness areas, replenishing supplies, arranging amenities, keeping storage areas organized, checking fitness equipment, and reporting maintenance or safety issues.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, according to department needs.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and engage in physical activity.
A personality that constantly goes above and beyond.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, the fitness center, common areas, sauna, steam rooms, and relaxation areas.
Sweep and mop floors; dust and wipe surfaces; and clean windows and glass surfaces.
Stock and replenish robes, towels, sandals, amenities, sanitary items, beverages, and snacks in spa and fitness areas.
Arrange towels, cushions, water, tea, and amenities to maintain the spa ambiance.
Keep spa and fitness back-storage areas clean and organized.
Ensure fitness center equipment is clean and operational.
Report maintenance and safety issues to Spa Leadership.
Welcome guests warmly and help maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
