Spa Attendant
About The Position
The Spa Attendant will be knowledgeable about all spa service treatments and seasonal treatment promotions. They will understand the basics of the spa menu and products to communicate effectively with guests. A strong working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon is essential. The role involves executing the spa's standards in the set-up of amenities and decor, and educating guests about their individual skincare needs. A positive attitude, passion for service, and attention to detail are key attributes for this position.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments and seasonal treatment promotions.
- Understanding of the basics of the spa menu and products.
- Excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon.
- Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
