About The Position
The Spa Attendant is responsible for understanding all spa service treatments and seasonal promotions. They should have a basic understanding of the spa menu and products to communicate effectively with guests. A comprehensive knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon is expected. The role involves executing the spa's standards in setting up amenities and decor, and educating guests about their individual skincare needs. A positive attitude, passion for service, and attention to detail are essential. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is required.

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
