About The Position

As a spa attendant, you will work in a beautiful space as you fill a support role, ensuring guest satisfaction through spa and retail services. You will be responsible for always keeping a clean well-stocked space. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by providing a warm, relaxing, personalized and incredibly friendly environment to every guest. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the spa attendant is to provide excellent, and professional service to Mountaintop members, guests, and staff in a warm, relaxing, team environment. Answer all telephone calls within a timely manner and use guest's name when responding.

Requirements

Attendant must be able to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while multi-tasking and facilitating smooth flow throughout spa and fitness areas.
Attendant must have a pleasant voice with a willingness to assist our members/guests/staff, have good phone and computer skills, and be able to navigate appointment calendar.

Responsibilities

Schedule spa reservations for guests using guest's name at every opportunity.
Explain/describe in detail Spa treatments, specials, services, and facilities available in a timely, helpful, and friendly manner.
Verify scheduling details and information with guest. Reconfirm day, time, type of treatment.
Use suggestive selling when scheduling treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized desk/lobby area.
Be aware of the retail area and keep organized at all times.
Utilize Spa computers with skill and proficiency.
Communicate all pertinent information with the team and management.
Call confirmations
Manage clean and dirty laundry
Clean, stock, and sanitize locker room, lounge, wet areas, and fitness center as needed throughout the day.
Roll towels
Clean showers and replenish shower amenities
Set up / empty / sanitize lockers
