About The Position
Arch Amenities Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Spa Attendant to support daily operations at Spa Oceana at The Don CeSar. The role helps ensure the spa, locker rooms, fitness center, pool area, and spa desk, if applicable, are clean, stocked, welcoming, and operating according to company standards. The Spa Attendant contributes to an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the facilities, assisting guests, and communicating guest needs or facility concerns to management. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, service-driven, and comfortable working in a luxury hospitality environment. The position requires a professional and friendly demeanor, attention to cleanliness and safety, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout a shift. The schedule must be flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service experience; hospitality or spa experience is preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Prior customer service experience in a hospitality or spa setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, locker rooms, fitness areas, and pool.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and regularly remove trash.
- Restock linens and amenities in guest and locker areas, and collect and deliver dirty laundry.
- Sanitize wet areas, showers, bathrooms, grooming stations, and treatment rooms.
- Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Escort guests to changing areas and explain locker room, shower, and spa amenities.
- Operate laundry equipment, if applicable, and wash, dry, and fold linens as needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members about facility features and guest needs.
- Promptly report guest issues, facility concerns, and safety hazards to management.
- Follow Arch Amenities Group brand standards, safety procedures, and policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
