The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the Spa Director to refine processes and drive continuous improvement, oversee payroll preparation, and ensure timekeeping accuracy. They will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and supporting new team members. This is a hands-on leadership role where the individual will step into concierge, reservation, or attendant roles as needed, resolve guest issues with empathy and efficiency, and maintain a spotless, welcoming, and safe spa environment while ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
