About The Position

L’opportunité Joignez-vous à Hitachi Energy et contribuez à des initiatives de transformation qui soutiennent la modernisation et la performance du secteur de l’énergie. En tant que praticien en gestion du changement, vous serez responsable de structurer et de piloter les stratégies visant à assurer l’adoption des projets de transformation dans un environnement industriel. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’accompagner les employés dans le changement, favoriser l’alignement des parties prenantes et renforcer l’engagement à tous les niveaux, du plan plancher de production à la direction. Votre rôle contribuera directement à l’efficacité opérationnelle, à la préparation organisationnelle et au succès durable des initiatives stratégiques liées à l’évolution des systèmes énergétiques. Le rôle est 100% présentielle.

As a Change Management Practitioner, you will structure and drive change strategies to support the successful adoption of transformation projects within an industrial environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide people through change, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and strengthen engagement at all levels—from shop floor to leadership. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, organizational readiness, and the long-term success of strategic initiatives impacting the reliability and evolution of energy systems. This position is 100% onsite.

Requirements

• Le candidat doit déjà détenir une autorisation de travail valide lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada
• Baccalauréat en administration, ressources humaines, génie industriel ou domaine connexe
• Certification Prosci requise
• 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement ou en transformation
• Solide expérience en gestion des parties prenantes, communication et adoption du changement
• Maîtrise du français et niveau avancé en anglais
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Certified in Prosci methodology (required)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in change management or transformation environments
• Solid experience with stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption practices
• Proficiency in French and advanced English required

Nice To Haves

• Expérience en milieu industriel (atout)
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Déployer la méthodologie Prosci (ADKAR) pour structurer les initiatives de changement
• Réaliser des analyses d’impact organisationnel
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de communication et de formation
• Soutenir les équipes dans la gestion de la résistance au changement
• Collaborer avec les équipes de projet et les opérations pour aligner les initiatives
• Animer des ateliers et mobiliser les parties prenantes
• Suivre les indicateurs d’adoption et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence
• Favoriser l’engagement et l’alignement au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires
• Responsable d’assurer la conformité aux règlements, procédures et lignes directrices internes et externes applicables
• Deploy the Prosci methodology (ADKAR) to structure change initiatives
• Conduct impact assessments to understand organizational change implications
• Develop and implement communication and training plans
• Support teams in managing resistance and facilitating adoption
• Collaborate with project and operational teams to align change efforts
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across the organization
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on performance
• Promote engagement and alignment across multidisciplinary teams
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
