About The Position
Waterville TG is looking for an Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist to ensure industrial cybersecurity at Waterville TG! In collaboration with the engineering, automation, and production teams, your role will be to design and deploy cybersecurity strategies, secure industrial networks, perform system monitoring, conduct security analyses and audits, implement risk management plans, develop and deliver training, manage access, and participate in incident response.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity
- Proficiency in networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewalls, switches)
- Experience in risk analysis and policy writing
- Knowledge of industrial environments (ICS/SCADA)
- Proficiency in security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS)
- Knowledge of standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of HP (Aruba), Cisco, Palo-Alto, and TrendMicro XDR environments is an asset

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cybersecurity strategies adapted to manufacturing environments (IT/OT)
- Secure industrial networks (IT/OT segmentation, zones and conduits, Purdue model)
- Monitor systems to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents
- Perform vulnerability analyses, security audits, and network risk assessments
- Develop, document, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
- Implement risk management plans and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training
- Collaborate with engineering, automation, and production teams
- Manage secure access to critical systems
- Participate in incident response and continuity plans
