Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, information technology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in CRM, digital marketing, or relational marketing (relevant internships included).
  • Good command of basic SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with a CRM tool (Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Klavio, etc.).
  • Understanding of customer journey automation marketing concepts.
  • Strong interest in building multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and performance measurement skills (reporting, KPI tracking).
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced French and English (oral and written) – frequent interactions with partners and teams outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and operate automated marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, application), respecting CRM best practices and legal requirements (e.g., consent).
  • Ensure the management and monitoring of the campaign calendar to guarantee a fluid, consistent, and balanced customer experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of CRM strategies based on observed performance (open rates, clicks, conversions, engagement).
  • Create, execute, and maintain SMS campaigns to effectively reach targeted audiences, according to best practices.
  • Conduct A/B tests (content, targeting, timing), analyze results, and propose concrete improvements to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate on the production of reports and dashboards to track key KPIs and support decision-making.
