Requirements

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly with some training.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to count money.
  • Process customer transactions, reconcile an individual teller drawer and internal vault/ITMs daily.
  • Troubleshoot with customers while providing excellent customer service.
  • Learn and operate multiple applications for various products and services offered.
  • Comply with bank operations and security procedures.
  • Maintain customer and bank confidentiality.
