About The Position

Execaire Aviation, a leading brand in luxury private aviation, is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to drive the execution, optimization, and ongoing management of our customer communications, marketing automation, and CRM marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for managing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next platform and supporting the entire customer lifecycle through personalized email marketing campaigns, automated lead nurturing programs, CRM workflows, lead segmentation, and marketing communications. The successful candidate will combine strong technical CRM expertise with excellent writing skills to create impactful communications for customers across multiple business units, including aircraft charter, aircraft management, aircraft sales, maintenance, and FBO services. This role will also contribute to internal company communications, executive messaging, thought leadership articles, landing page content, and marketing campaign content. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, bilingual (French and English), passionate about customer experience, and has a proven track record of implementing scalable marketing automation solutions that drive measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM marketing and email marketing.
  • Experience in marketing automation, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or other similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent content writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and customer segments.
  • Experience in creating automated customer journeys, customer lifecycle campaigns, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data, marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing internal and external communications across multiple departments.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI-assisted content writing, web content, landing pages, and thought leadership content is an asset.
  • Experience in the aviation, luxury services, hospitality, travel, automotive, or high-net-worth marketing sectors is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, including email campaigns, automations, journeys, segmentation, personalization, and performance reporting.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize customer journeys, lead nurturing programs, onboarding campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, event-related communications, and sales follow-up workflows.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to implementation, including copywriting, design coordination, testing, quality assurance (QA), scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies based on CRM data, engagement history, lead scoring, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales, lead generation, marketing, customer experience, charter, maintenance, aircraft sales, aircraft management, and FBO services teams to support lead generation and customer communications.
  • Write polished, engaging, and on-brand content for emails, landing pages, newsletters, customer campaigns, internal communications, executive messages, web content, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct research, write, and edit thought leadership articles, customer testimonials, industry analyses, and educational content supporting business development initiatives and SEO/AEO strategies.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows supporting lead development, customer retention, sales efficiency, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM data quality, manage audience segmentation, exclusion lists, customer preferences, and campaign compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI), and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, content, send times, personalization, and customer journeys.
  • Coordinate campaign approval processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Support corporate communications, employee announcements, executive messages, and internal email communications as needed.
  • Work closely with external vendors and implementation partners to continuously improve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
  • Ensure all customer-facing communications reflect the standards of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail that characterize the Execaire Aviation luxury brand.
