About The Position

Psycho Bunny, a refined and bold apparel brand known for its premium quality, dynamic style, and distinctive logo, is seeking a Email and SMS Marketing Specialist for a 12-month contract. With over 200 retail locations globally, Psycho Bunny aims to redefine audacious standards in retail. This role is crucial for executing and deploying daily digital messaging programs, working closely with the marketing manager and cross-functional teams to drive high-converting campaigns. The ideal candidate is an operations-focused marketer driven by data, precision, and creative excellence to exceed KPI goals.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with hands-on proficiency in Klaviyo (or another major ESP).
  • Expertise in template-based email creation and setting up automated workflows, triggers, and dynamic content.
  • Strong data interpretation skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics 4 or PowerBI to track KPIs and drive optimizations.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, deliverability, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily deployment of all email and SMS marketing programs, from initial brief and creative approvals to QA testing and final scheduling.
  • Drive the creation of responsive email templates to ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience across all devices.
  • Build and maintain dynamic audience segments within the platform to ensure precise targeting and highly personalized messaging.
  • Design and manage rigorous A/B testing strategies for email subject lines, layouts, and copy to continuously optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and Paid Media teams to ensure timely, consistent, and on-brand campaign launches.
  • Drive subscriber base expansion by collaborating with In-Store Operations and Loyalty teams on innovative opt-in strategies.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle-based automated campaigns, utilizing dynamic content and conditional logic.
  • Track and analyze daily metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and churn) to provide actionable, data-driven post-campaign insights.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and strict data compliance requirements.
