About The Position

The Sourcing Manager manages gas and equipment vendors to achieve cost savings and improve performance. The role facilitates new vendor and product qualification for final approval and manages supplier risks. The ideal candidate has experience or knowledge in electronics or semiconductors; similar experience may also be considered. The position requires strong negotiation skills, contract skills, and product knowledge for the assigned area. The role also performs other duties as assigned and complies with all company policies and standards.

The position is based in Irving, Texas. Estimated travel is less than 10%, as needed. The listed annual pay range is $70,000 to $75,000.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Contract skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for generating and working with reports.
• Experience or knowledge in electronics or semiconductors, with similar experience also open for discussion.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of negotiation skills training.
• CPM Certified Purchasing Manager certification.
