About The Position

As a Source-to-pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP) Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their sourcing and procurement processes, driving cost savings and enhancing supplier collaboration. Within our Operations practice, you will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance to streamline processes and improve productivity. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, developing strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions. This position offers the chance to deepen your understanding of business contexts and how they are evolving, while using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver quality solutions.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
