About The Position

The Sorter - Processing team member sorts, inspects, and grades donated clothing and other merchandise by quality and condition, then prices and prepares items for retail sales floors, display, or shipment. The role involves moving carts and merchandise throughout the processing area, keeping the workspace clean and organized, and meeting daily production and quality goals. After proper training, team members operate processing equipment, including balers. This active, hands-on role requires working safely and efficiently on a team while helping support charity partners and keep reusable goods out of landfills. The employer offers a variety of schedules, including Monday-Friday day shifts and flexible part-time hours.
