About The Position

The Processing Team Member sorts, inspects, and grades donated clothing and other merchandise, then prices and prepares suitable items for retail sales floors, display, or shipment. The role involves moving merchandise throughout the processing area, operating processing equipment such as balers after training, and meeting daily production and quality goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Team members work together to keep merchandise moving efficiently and help support charity partners and reduce reusable goods sent to landfills.
