About The Position

MonetizeMore is seeking a highly technical, customer-obsessed Lead Solutions Engineer to join their global technical operations team. This role is for an engineer who excels at both deep technical problem-solving and direct client consultation. The position will support a global network of publishers and serve as the technical lead for the expanding Brazilian market. The engineer will be the primary technical contact for customers, solving complex technical challenges and guiding them through the adoption of ad-tech products. Fluency in Portuguese is required, along with excellent English communication skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Support Engineer working directly with customers).
  • Complete fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and comfort guiding Brazilian customers through technical solutions.
  • Excellent English skills for internal global collaboration.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols.
  • Proficiency in using Chrome DevTools to debug script execution, layout shifts, and page latency.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags (GPT).
  • Technical curiosity and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to calm frustrated customers, build trust, and methodically break down vague bug reports into clear technical fixes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diving deep into code, network traffic, and ad server configurations to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
  • Serve as the trusted technical partner for Brazilian customers, leading implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs fluently in Portuguese.
  • Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of MonetizeMore's proprietary tools (like PubGuru and Advanced Ads) for high-value accounts, ensuring customers experience zero downtime and optimal revenue performance.
  • Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to unique customer website and mobile app setups.
  • Partner with global Business Development and Account Management teams to evaluate customer setups and recommend configurations that unlock higher ad revenue.
  • Translate complex ad-tech concepts (e.g., Header Bidding, Open Bidding, Core Web Vitals) into clear, actionable value propositions for non-technical customers.
  • Act as the bridge between global clients and internal Product/Engineering teams, translating customer friction points and feature requests into structured technical requirements to influence the product roadmap.
