About The Position

Codes Health is revolutionizing the process of obtaining medical records for plaintiff litigation, aiming to reduce the current 30-50 day timeframe. They are developing an agentic layer to navigate the complexities of healthcare data retrieval. This technology is designed to learn and improve its access methods across a vast network of providers. The problem of inefficient medical record retrieval is not limited to legal cases but also affects healthcare, disability services, life sciences, and insurance industries. Codes Health has experienced rapid growth, achieving a multi-million dollar run rate within a year and securing $17.5M in funding from prominent investors. They currently serve over 130 law firms, including the largest plaintiff firm in the country.
