About The Position

Join a dedicated group of technical sales professionals who serve as the face of the Cisco brand for our customers and partners in Pennsylvania. Our team functions as the primary technical engine within the account organization, collaborating closely with sales leadership to translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions. We operate as trusted advisors, bridging the gap between customer needs and Cisco’s expansive product portfolio to ensure long-term success and market growth. You will work within a collaborative environment that leverages virtual support teams and cross-functional expertise to displace competition and land new opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of related experience, or a PhD plus 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience in technical sales, systems engineering, or a professional technical advisory role.
  • Proficiency in designing and presenting technical solutions based on specific business requirements.
  • Experience leading technical engagements with IT decision-makers and line-of-business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Cisco’s product portfolio and cross-architectural solution domains.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical sales excellence by translating complex customer business needs into robust technical requirements and architectural designs.
  • Lead strategic account planning and demand generation campaigns to pinpoint growth opportunities and expand Cisco’s footprint within key accounts.
  • Influence executive-level decision-makers by delivering compelling solution demonstrations and leveraging deep market insights to differentiate Cisco from the competition.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with internal business units and external partners to refine strategic alignment and elevate customer relationships.
  • Mentor and motivate extended sales teams to strengthen knowledge sharing and guide structured educational initiatives that drive revenue and market share.
