About The Position

Solutions Consultants design and execute end-to-end implementation projects for new clients onboarding to the Addepar platform. They work to understand client needs, solve problems hands-on, and collaborate with internal teams to take ownership of client success. The role calls for relevant finance and technology experience, self-reliance, and collaboration with teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product, as well as a deep understanding of Addepar’s target markets and clients. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. The listed U.S. base salary range is $74,000–$112,000; starting pay depends on role-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience working in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• A solution-oriented approach and passion for problem-solving.
• Strong work ethic, proactivity, and ability to contribute as a teammate.
• Independence and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Experience programming in Python and/or experience with project management.

• Lead solution design and execution of implementation projects to onboard new clients to the Addepar platform.
