About The Position

Own customer solutions from discovery through go-live. Understand customers’ finance operations, design how Monk’s AI agents fit into their workflows, and coordinate delivery with Engineering and CX. Help customers identify work agents can handle and translate those opportunities into working solutions with measurable results. The role works directly with customers, GTM, Product, Engineering, and the founders, and contributes to strategic deals, launches, and product direction.
