Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, technical project management, business systems analysis, or ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise systems, integration patterns, and modern software delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) for ERP-focused roles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred – or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Lead or support end-to-end delivery of technical projects – from discovery and scoping through implementation and handoff.
• Serve as the bridge between business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to align goals and expectations.
• Evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutions.
• Support configuration, integration, migration, and optimization of enterprise platforms.
• Maintain clear technical and functional documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, platforms, and methodologies and apply them where they add value.
