Solution Campaign Marketing Director – NorAm

FICO
•$115,500 - $181,500•Remote

About The Position

FICO is seeking a strategic, creative, and AI-savvy marketer to lead solution campaign marketing for North American growth accounts. The role is responsible for building interest, awareness, and qualified pipeline across prospect and early-stage accounts in FICO’s target industries, helping accounts land, generate initial ARR, and become ready for FICO’s Pod-based ABM program. The director sets priorities and orchestrates scalable, AI-first, multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, advertising, tradeshows, and other tactics. The role owns the account journey from first touch through Pod handoff, including criteria and processes developed with sales and Pod leadership. It also owns marketing-sourced pipeline, new-logo, and initial-ARR targets and manages the allocated budget. Success requires influencing cross-functional teams without direct management authority and partnering closely with NorAm sales leadership, Pod leads, account managers, SDRs, product marketing, and events teams. Approximately 10–25% travel is expected.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of complex B2B technology selling environments and how to build brand and product awareness and pipeline.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and lead through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Proven experience running scaled, always-on campaigns across email, digital, webinars, and tradeshows for a large, diverse account base and converting interest into qualified, sales-ready pipeline.
  • Maturity and skill collaborating with senior executives, customers, and sales teams to align on goals and address business challenges.
  • Creative communications and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in marketing metrics and performance measurement to optimize results and ROI in a corporate marketing environment.
  • Strong experience using GenAI to develop demand-generation and event content and personalize content for specific personas and accounts.
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience building demand marketing plans, with a clear perspective on how campaign-based demand generation and Pod-based ABM should hand off as accounts mature.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B technology marketing experience spanning FICO’s core industries, including banking, telecommunications, and related sectors.
  • Familiarity with the competitive and regulatory landscape in banking, telecommunications, and related sectors.
  • Credible experience exploring AI-driven pipeline-generation approaches beyond content creation, including the ability to discuss what was tried and what worked or did not work.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with AI-driven pipeline-generation approaches is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic solution campaign marketing lead for all NorAm growth accounts, setting priorities and coordinating execution with digital, value messaging, events, and SDR teams.
  • Design and execute scalable, AI-first, multi-channel campaigns using email, webinars, advertising, tradeshows, and other 1:Many tactics to build awareness, interest, and qualified pipeline.
  • Define and manage the account journey from first touch to Pod-ready, including consistent graduation criteria and a handoff process in partnership with sales and Pod leadership.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline, new-logo, and initial-ARR targets across the assigned account base, and manage the allocated marketing budget.
  • Develop a point of view on using AI to generate qualified pipeline beyond content creation, including lead scoring, account prioritization, next-best-action recommendations, and SDR workflows or automation.
  • Apply scaled 1:Many and 1:Few campaign strategies to build pipeline and identify accounts with strong signals for handoff to Pods.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with NorAm Sales leadership and Pod leads, and ongoing relationships with account managers, SDRs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop messaging strategies and content for emails, webinars, and events with product marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with the events team to plan and execute tradeshows and customer-specific events.
  • Identify white-space growth opportunities across the assigned NorAm account base in alignment with the fiscal sales plan and multi-year regional strategy.
