About The Position

WOONGJIN INC. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Solution Business Analyst (Staff) to support and operate enterprise IT asset and workspace management solutions. The role takes ownership of daily operations and helps provide a seamless experience for internal customers. It is highly cross-functional, working with IT, Security, Finance, and engineering teams to support stable and efficient service operations.

The analyst supports IT asset and facility management services, identifies and documents market and customer needs, and works with engineering teams to translate requirements into product features. The role also analyzes product and market data, contributes to competitive strategy discussions, enhances mobility and workspace management solutions, and maintains solution documentation such as user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience with product management or enterprise SaaS product support.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate IT asset and facility management services, such as business phones and AV assets, for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations.
• Identify, understand, and document market and customer needs, collaborating with engineering teams to translate requirements into product features.
• Analyze product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance teams to enhance mobility and workspace management solutions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy discussions.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports.
