About The Position

Anaplan is seeking a Solution Architect focused on its Sales Performance Management platform within Professional Services. The role is responsible for successfully delivering Anaplan planning solutions to strategic accounts, translating complex business challenges into sophisticated multi-dimensional models, and serving as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions. The position also contributes to data integration and migration, testing and deployment, and customer and team communications.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
• At least 4 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for use cases such as Supply Chain, FP&A, WFP, or Sales Performance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment; Agile methodology is preferable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and implement responsibilities simultaneously.
• Service excellence orientation and a collaborative style.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound data integration.

Responsibilities

• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
• Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, or new functionality.
• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.

• Provide timely feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team.
• Develop model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
• Participate in or lead UAT testing and deployment.
