About The Position

Anaplan is seeking a Solution Architect focused on its Sales Performance Management platform within Professional Services. The role is responsible for successfully delivering Anaplan planning solutions for strategic accounts, translating complex business challenges into sophisticated solutions, and serving as an architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions. The position involves working with data, multidimensional modeling, and data integration, while collaborating with customers and internal teams to implement and improve planning solutions.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
• At least 4 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Supply Chain, FP&A, WFP, or Sales Performance use cases.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment; Agile methodology is preferable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and implement multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Service-oriented approach and collaborative style.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound data integration.
• Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multidimensional models.
• Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, or new functionality.
• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.

• Provide timely feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team.
• Develop model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.
