About The Position

Anaplan is seeking a Solution Architect focused on its Sales Performance Management platform to deliver planning solutions for strategic accounts. The role involves interpreting complex business challenges and designing sophisticated solutions using data, multidimensional modeling, and data integration. The successful candidate will work with customers and internal teams to implement, connect, optimize, and deploy Anaplan models.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
• At least 4 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Supply Chain, FP&A, WFP, or Sales Performance use cases.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and implement multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Service-oriented approach and collaborative style.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound data integration.
• Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Agile methodology experience is preferable.
• Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Finance, Workforce Planning, or Sales is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multidimensional models.
• Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, or new functionality.
• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
• Exemplify The Anaplan Way.
• Provide timely feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team.
• Develop model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
