About The Position

The Solution Advisory Senior Manager joins Accenture’s Enterprise Productivity & Performance (EPP) team within CEO Advisory. The team supports enterprise-wide reinvention and helps clients improve performance, protect and grow their organizations, and pursue sustained enterprise performance rather than episodic cost reduction. The role works closely with the EPP Americas lead and the Americas practice to create and sell capabilities that help clients meet performance ambitions. It is part of the global EPP Solution Advisory team and provides high-touch sales support to Strategy and Consulting teams across the Americas, partnering with managing directors and senior managers while developing consultants and managers. The role shapes sales strategy and solutions for enterprise performance, productivity, cost transformation, and AI-related opportunities. It requires executive presence, independent judgment on live pursuits, and the ability to create client-specific value cases and high-quality proposals at pace. Client-facing work is not common, but the role is expected to demonstrate client-centricity and a focus on client value creation. Travel may be required and can vary from 0% to 100%, depending on business needs and client requirements. The position also builds and maintains reusable go-to-market assets, develops frontier capabilities and points of view, and coaches Americas-aligned consultants and managers. Accenture offers medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off. Annual salary ranges vary by location and are listed in the posting.
