Solution Advisory Senior Manager - Enterprise Performance & Productivity

Accenture•St. Louis, MO
•$112,900 - $338,300

About The Position

The Solution Advisory Senior Manager joins Accenture’s Enterprise Productivity & Performance (EPP) team within CEO Advisory. The team partners with enterprise leaders on organization-wide reinvention and performance, with a focus on sustained improvements rather than episodic cost reduction. This role works closely with the EPP Americas lead and practice leadership to develop and sell capabilities that help clients achieve their performance ambitions. As part of the global EPP Solution Advisory team, the role provides high-touch sales support to Strategy and Consulting teams across the Americas. It partners with managing directors and senior managers who sell and deliver EPP work, while developing consultants and managers who contribute to pursuits. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business and client needs. The successful candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise performance, productivity, and cost transformation, including value across SG&A, operating expenses, and capital, and how that value translates into margin, ROIC, and shareholder returns. They can develop credible value cases for enterprise AI, exercise independent judgment on active pursuits, and work effectively with senior stakeholders. Client-facing work is not common, but the role requires a client-centric approach and a commitment to client value creation.
