Entry-Level Solar Sales Rep
About The Position
SpartanX Solar is hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to help grow our Pennsylvania market. No solar experience is required; we are looking for individuals who are confident talking to others, willing to learn, competitive, and motivated by performance. Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or other people-facing roles can translate well to this position. The role involves talking directly with homeowners, introducing them to residential solar, identifying interested and qualified homeowners, generating appointments and sales opportunities, and learning to communicate the benefits of solar clearly and professionally. The company provides hands-on training to build sales and communication skills, with opportunities to work with experienced sales leaders and consultants.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners
