About The Position

SpartanX Solar is hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to help grow our Pennsylvania market. You don't need solar experience. We're looking for people who are confident talking to others, willing to learn, competitive, and motivated by performance. If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or another people-facing environment, your experience can translate well here.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Talk directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to residential solar
• Identify interested and qualified homeowners
• Generate appointments and sales opportunities
• Learn how to communicate the benefits of solar clearly and professionally
• Build your sales and communication skills through hands-on training
• Work with experienced sales leaders and consultants
