About The Position
Venture Home is seeking experienced sales representatives with a track record of closing sales. The company provides qualified, scheduled appointments with homeowners for representatives to meet and recommend an appropriate combination of solar, battery storage, and electrical products and services. The sales process is educational: representatives help homeowners understand how solar works and where project funding comes from. A reliable vehicle and driver’s license are required for consideration.
Requirements

- Outside sales or in-home sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at qualified appointments scheduled by the appointment-setting team.
- Close sales by recommending a suitable combination of products and services.
- Educate customers about how solar works and how project funding can help pay for their project.
