SpartanX is seeking an experienced Solar Inspection Technician to support residential solar inspection operations across its active markets. The role is a quality checkpoint between installation and final approval: the technician evaluates completed projects for inspection readiness, identifies deficiencies, coordinates corrections, and helps ensure projects are positioned to pass inspection the first time. The technician reviews completed residential solar installations against company standards, AHJ and utility requirements, and applicable codes. They attend inspections, communicate with inspectors and AHJs, coordinate corrections with internal field teams, document findings and completed work, and verify corrections before reinspection. The position also identifies recurring issues and partners with field teams to improve installation consistency and inspection outcomes. This is a full-time, field-based role with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday availability required. Compensation is $25–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role involves working on rooftops and ladders and outdoors in varying conditions.
