About The Position

Accenture is hiring a Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to support complex software sales cycles for Supply Chain OS (SCOS). The role combines product expertise and client-facing skills to help convert pipeline opportunities through tailored demonstrations, technical and functional responses, solution scoping, and reusable pre-sales assets. Work spans direct client engagements, partner-supported opportunities, and industry events. The position requires a deep understanding of SCOS and AI-native architecture, including ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantics, and the ability to explain how these foundations support auditable, improvable enterprise decisions. The role also calls for broad supply chain expertise, from demand sensing and forecasting to inventory optimization, supply planning, procurement, logistics, supplier collaboration, and control towers. The Senior Manager must be able to demonstrate SCOS through realistic end-to-end scenarios, scope proof-of-concept engagements, design and present deployment architectures, assess data readiness, and address SAP IBP integration or migration considerations. The role involves working with sales, product, legal, delivery, partners, and client stakeholders, including IT leaders, enterprise architects, supply chain systems owners, planning teams, and data governance leaders. Travel may be required from 0% to 80%, depending on client and business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support for enterprise software, including contributions to complex sales opportunities, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
  • At least 8 years of experience with enterprise software delivery models such as SaaS, licensed software, or managed services, and with integration approaches.
  • At least 12 months of demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales for AI-native software products built on LLMs, agentic workflows, or machine learning platforms, with evidence of demonstrations delivered or RFP contributions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to mid-level and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality proposal content under time pressure.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep functional understanding of AI-native architecture, including ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantics, and the role of semantic foundations in explainable and auditable agent decisions.
  • Deep functional knowledge of supply chain capabilities, including demand sensing and forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, procurement orchestration, logistics management, supplier collaboration, and supply chain control towers.
  • Ability to deliver and adapt an end-to-end SCOS demonstration based on a realistic supply chain scenario and buyer needs.
  • Ability to scope supply chain AI proof-of-concept engagements, including forecast configuration, retrospective accuracy testing, and presentation of results.
  • Ability to design and present SCOS deployment architecture integrating with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, WMS, TMS, supplier portals, IoT sensors, and financial planning systems.
  • Understanding of supply chain data requirements, including demand history, bills of materials, lead times, supplier performance data, and IoT telemetry, and ability to scope data readiness assessments.
  • Familiarity with SAP IBP integration patterns and migration approaches, including coexistence or replacement, data synchronization, and planning-team transition.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning methods, including statistical forecasting, machine-learning demand sensing, multi-echelon inventory optimization, constraint-based scheduling, and S&OP.
  • Familiarity with agentic supply chain decision-making, including autonomous replenishment, dynamic safety stock, and carrier selection agents; goal definition, tool use, constraint handling, and human-in-the-loop governance.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholder personas, from API integration detail with architects to planning methodology with supply chain teams and data governance with CDOs.
