About The Position

Applied Intuition is seeking a generalist Software Engineer with an interest in frontend engineering to join its platform team. The team builds interfaces, shared tooling, and workflows that help employees and agents develop, validate, and ship software. The role spans frontend and broader platform work, with well-scoped projects and increasing independence. The engineer will collaborate with experienced engineers, product engineers, and designers, and deliver reusable work used across the company. The company is building in an AI-native environment, so the role calls for comfort using coding agents while maintaining high standards for code quality. The position contributes to internal platforms and tooling for internal and external users, builds shared frontend components and design-system tooling, and improves how engineers and AI agents use design systems. It also involves automating synchronization between design assets and production code, modernizing legacy applications and shared infrastructure, gathering feedback from product engineers and designers, writing design documents, and contributing to technical decisions. Strong practices in testing, code review, accessibility, performance, and documentation are expected. Applied Intuition is an in-office company. Full-time employees are expected to work primarily from an Applied Intuition office five days per week, with occasional flexibility for remote work or schedule adjustments.
