About The Position

Applied Intuition is seeking a Software Engineer with broad software engineering skills and a strong interest in frontend engineering to join its platform team. The team builds platforms, interfaces, shared tooling, and workflows that help employees and agents move ideas and tasks through to validated, production-ready code. The role involves a mix of frontend and cross-stack work, with well-scoped projects and increasing independence. The engineer will learn from experienced colleagues and deliver software used by other teams across the company. The position works on internal platforms and tooling serving internal and external users and supports roles across the product development lifecycle. It includes building frontend components, shared libraries, and design-system tooling; improving how engineers and AI agents use design systems; automating synchronization between design assets and production code; and modernizing legacy applications and shared infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate with product engineers and designers, document designs, contribute to technical decisions, and uphold practices in testing, code review, accessibility, performance, and documentation. Applied Intuition describes itself as an in-office company and expects full-time employees to primarily work from an Applied Intuition office five days a week. Occasional remote work and schedule flexibility are permitted. This expectation does not apply to contractor positions.
