About The Position

Zoox is hiring a contract student worker to build and maintain full-stack quality-assurance applications, assist with test frameworks and pipeline automation, and contribute to agent-assisted tooling under the guidance of senior engineers. The role involves TypeScript frontend and backend development, Python for non-frontend services, testing, bug fixing, and improving tool reliability. The worker will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing and triage needs and develop solutions. This is a contract position through a vendor contracted with Zoox, with compensation of $30 per hour. The assignment requires a minimum three-month commitment and at least 40 hours per week, with work on-site at a Zoox office location. It is a student worker program rather than an internship and does not include structured intern programming or a pathway to full-time employment. Benefits eligibility is determined by the vendor.
